ORIGAMI AI.TOOLS Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') set forth the conditions for using the real estate information provision service (including websites and applications, hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') operated by ORIGAMI AI.TOOLS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 2 (Contents of Provided Services)

1. The Service extracts key data such as address, area, price, owner information, and transaction history from Japanese real estate-related PDF documents (such as registry certificates and sales flyers), translates and formats them, and generates structured reports.

2. The output format is mainly PDF, and in some cases, the original Japanese text and the translation may be displayed side by side.

3. Due to the nature of AI processing, errors may occur in the Service, and the Company does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. In particular, documents other than 'property registry' and 'sales flyers', complex architectural drawings, or documents with many charts may not be processed accurately. In addition, scanned images of handwritten documents may have lower accuracy compared to machine-printed text. For details, please refer to Article 9 of these Terms. Users should check the contents at their own responsibility as necessary.

4. Data processed by users using the Service will be stored in folders within the user account (see the next article) for ● days. Thereafter, it will be automatically deleted by the Service's system.

Article 3 (Account Registration and Withdrawal)

1. Users must register an account in the manner prescribed by the Company to use the Service.

2. If there is any false information in the registration, the Company may suspend or terminate the user's use.

3. Users may request withdrawal at any time in the manner prescribed by the Company.

Article 4 (Fees, Payment, and Refunds)

1. The Service is provided for a fee, and various pricing plans such as pay-as-you-go and subscriptions are available. Please check the Company's website for details.

2. Payment is made through external payment services such as Stripe.

3. No refunds can be made for documents that have already been processed for any reason. However, if the Service could not be provided due to system failures attributable to the Company, a refund or re-granting of usage rights will be made.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Intellectual property rights such as programs, designs, trademarks, and translation engines related to the Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.

2. In principle, the rights to documents uploaded by users and generated output data belong to the user. However, the Company may use anonymized and aggregated data for service improvement.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts.

- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy of third parties

- Improper or inappropriate use of the Service

- Acts that damage the credibility of the Company or third parties

- Use for commercial purposes without the Company's approval

- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)

Users and the Company declare that they will not have any relationship with antisocial forces, and if a violation is found, the innocent party may immediately terminate all contracts without prior notice. The violating party will lose the benefit of time and must immediately settle all obligations.

Article 8 (Suspension or Termination of Service)

1. The Company may suspend or terminate the Service due to maintenance, natural disasters, system failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

2. The Company is not liable for any damages caused by the suspension of the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The content of the Service is for information purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service.

3. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.

4. The Company is not obligated to investigate the business operations of partner companies necessary for the provision of the Service.

Article 10 (Use by Minors)

Minors must obtain the consent of their legal guardian, such as a parent, before using the Service.

Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)

The Company may change these Terms. In the case of important changes, notice will be given in advance on the website, etc. If the user uses the Service after the change, it is deemed that the user has agreed to the change.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and in the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
